Shopping with Us
If you use a credit, debit card or any other of our Only1.co online payment methods for your purchase, we collect your information to process and administer your payment. When you purchase one of our products or gift cards on-line, your name, billing address, the address for delivery, phone number, email address, credit card information, amount of the purchase, and a username and password are collected. This information is used to process and fulfill your purchase of product or gift card order.
From time to time we may supplement the personal information of our customers with information from publicly available sources, such as information to validate the accuracy of your address or other information you have provided us. This helps us maintain the accuracy of your personal information, understand and improve the nature of our products and services.
Merchandise Returns
When you return merchandise at one of our Only1.co fulfillment facility without a receipt, we collect certain personal information to process and track returns and to help administer our loss prevention program. To return merchandise without a receipt, we collect your name and address and require customers to provide valid government-issued photo identification. Your government issued identification number is not retained, but is electronically converted into a substitute number. The substitute number, the identification type, and your name and address are stored on our systems in Canada and the United States to help administer our loss prevention program.

Email, SMS Text Messaging and other Communications
From time to time, we may collect certain personal information (such as first and last name and email address) to send you email, SMS text messages and other communications about products, jobs, services, promotions or events that may be of interest to you about Only1.co or other brands that Only1.co may offer in the USA, Canada and other international markets. We may also collect optional information such as your postal code, gender and favourite products. We use this information to tailor our communications to you.
You can opt-out of receiving promotional email from us by doing one of the following:

When you register for the Only1.co Priority Member Program, we may collect information such as your name, email address, postal address, date of birth and phone number. When you use your Only1.co Priority Member Program card, we may collect information regarding your purchases and other uses of the card. We may use this information to communicate with you about the benefits of the Only1.co Priority Member Program, track your accumulation of loyalty points or other benefits; identify your product and service preferences so that we can notify you of new or additional products, services, features, promotions or events and special offerings relating to Only1.co and other brands that Only1.co may offer that might be of interest to you; and for other purposes as described Only1.co Loyalty Program Privacy Notice.
Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions
When you enter a contest, sweepstakes or participate in a promotion, we may collect your name, address, phone number, email address, and other information you provide. We use this information to administer your participation in the contest, sweepstakes or promotion. At the time you enter the contest, sweepstakes or promotion, we may obtain your consent to send you future promotional communications.
