Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses and International Locations will be slightly higher and will be reflected in your check out processing. Shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times.

A signature may be required upon delivery. Orders that contain products which are regulated (Aerosols for example) for transport require extra handling and may take 3 or 5 additional business day.

INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

We’re sorry. We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We apologize for any inconvenience. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be required to pay taxes and duties upon delivery. Knowledge and payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer and not reimbursed by Only1 Brands Inc. Check with your local Customs authorities for more information If you wish to place an international order, please contact our customer service team and we will make available accommodations that can hopefully satisfy your needs.

BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS

All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following USA holidays. Canadian orders will follow the same schedule as per the USA.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE UPON ARRIVAL?

Nope, just make sure your package is being delivered to a secure location.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT?

We hope this never happens! If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us and we will work to resolve this issue.

If your package is marked as delivered by the courier and you did not receive your product, please contact the courier to see where they left it or if there was an issue delivering your product. Orders that are marked as delivered may be eligible for replacement but not for refund.

HOW DO I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Due to how quickly our order enter the warehouse’s system, we normally are unable to cancel or edit existing orders. If you have specific questions about your particular order, please feel free to contact us directly.
